alfred russel wallace

Alfred Russel Wallace made significant discoveries that he is finally being recognised for 95 years after his death.

A lot of Charles Darwins theory is thought to have been influenced by the work of Alfred Russel Wallace. It was only after Alfred Russel Wallace published his findings on the theories of natural selection that Charles Darwin, upon reading the works, published his own theories.

After his death in 1913 Alfred Russel Wallace fell into obscurity but more recently his contribution to the way modern society views the origins of life on earth.
