Bernie Hamilton, the long suffering captain on Starksy and Hutch, has died aged 80 in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Tuesday. The cause of death has been given as cardiac arrest.
Bernie Hamilton was born in Los Angeles in 1928 his career involved films, tv and music. His last venture was in R&B and gospel under the Chocolate Snowmen label.
